National Manager - Wales

I'm Huw, Improve’s National Manager for Wales. 

I was formerly a senior executive in the dairy industry having worked with both the Milk Marketing Board and Milk Marque Ltd before joining HSBC as a specialist in their Agricultural Division, which included responsibility for a portfolio of ‘agri-food’ business accounts. 

Since joining Improve, Huw also sits on the Board of the Welsh Government’s ‘Food and Drink Advisory Partnership’ (FDAP) and is currently Chairman of their ‘Training and Skills Sub-Committee’ with responsibility to develop an action plan that will deliver the skills required by the food supply chain in Wales
