Greater Lincolnshire Agri-food Skills Study

Improve has been commissioned by the Lincolnshire and Rutland Employment and Skills Board, on behalf of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) to undertake a study about the skills and training needs of the agri-food sector.

The research study will incorporate a desk review of all relevant literature, statistics and data. In addition, some primary research will be carried out with a sample of agri-food businesses in the GLLEP area.

The research will give both the Skills Board and the GLLEP a better insight into the skills issues that are acting as barriers to growth for the sector and it is anticipated that the results will inform future business support activity and skills solutions for the sector.
