The National Skills Academy uses Improve’s insight to ensure employers get exactly what they need. It works with groups of employers to develop industry-wide solutions and with individual companies to satisfy specific training needs.

The National Skills Academy for Food and Drink comprises of a prestigious and unique, UK-wide network of training provision for all learners in the food and drink industry. The network of excellence consists of a series of specialist training partners who have been selected for their ability to provide effective quality training, as defined by the industry. They match skills areas demanded by employers, and each must have a well established reputation for delivering high quality, food sector specific learning solutions.

 Although completely self-funded, the National Skills Academy works in partnership with Improve, continually feeding back valuable frontline intelligence to ensure continuous improvement and up-to-date information.
